Wedding Branding, Print, Web

Getting Hitched
In November 2018 I designed branding, print pieces, and a website to cover all of the bases necessary to give personality to the celebration of a lifetime. Inspiration for these designs came from polaroids we gathered over the years of the two of us and our pup, as well as the fluid and free strokes of an SB pen. In an effort to brand the entire user-experience, we added a map for way-finding and printouts featuring brush and vector illustrations, as well as pin buttons as wedding favors.

Personal Touches
Another feature of our wedding day was a small, scenic walk, including a map outlining the different locations, parking, and a general visual overview of the wildlife sanctuary, Whitehawk. The illustrated route was printed on light toothy map paper to give the user a greater sense of adventure. For the final personal touch, we made logo stamps for the different branding pieces, as well as table printouts encouraging guestbook signing and other activities. All of our print pieces served practical purposes and were visibly enjoyed and used by guests.

Web Component
Our design for the website was driven by simplicity, which helped our guests breeze through to the important bits. The experience consisted of one long scroll with all details needed to RSVP, find the registry, and remember the time and location. We also included the map illustration on our website to make it more accessible.
